Bunk Beds
 
Whether they are to be used by children, there to save space or a handy backup for guests staying overnight, bunk beds are an excellent way of providing additional sleeping space as well as leaving a lot more floor space in the bedroom.
 
Bunk beds for children can be made of wood or metal and come in a wide variety of styles, colours, shapes and sizes.  They are designed to be both functional and attractive and can fit into a whole range of spaces.

As bunk beds really do open up floor space, instead of having twin beds when two sleeping places are not required, you may want to consider additional storage, especially if they are in a child’s room.  There is room under most types of bunk bed for some additional storage to be built in, perhaps in drawers, and when buying the bed it is worth talking to the supplier about options for this.
 
Bunk beds are practical, functional and effective pieces of furniture, excellent for both children and adults, and with the range of styles and colours available can be adapted to fit any room or to be the focal point for the room’s décor.
